Luskin Researchers and Voter Access Report Featured on ABC 7

Senior Luskin research fellow Alisa Belinkoff Katz and student research fellow Izul de la Vega were recently featured on the news station ABC 7 to discuss their LCHP report, “Reckoning With our Rights: The Evolution of Voter Access in California.” The interview touches on how communities can be underrepresented in the voting process and the trends of voter suppression. “”What we found out was that the history of voter access in California is actually a lot more complicated, and a lot less sort of unidirectional,” said Alisa Belinkoff Katz.  The ABC 7 interview can be found here, and for a more detailed analysis on voter access and representation, the LCHP report can be found here.
